Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road

The sheets in my room were not clean, and after requesting a change, the housekeeping was slow to respond. The restaurant service was disappointingly slow, with tables often left unclean, indicating a need for better training among the staff.

Travelled with my 2 kids, spent 1 night here and had a fairly nice stay. The staff was exceptional and pleasant, everything was awesome. I appreciated the premier room which was fairly quiet with twin beds. The location was brilliant - just off T nagar, shopping malls, and Anna Salai. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Valluvar Kottam Monument.

The breakfast is good with good spread, has excellent food.

A relaxing stay with great views

Enjoyed the smooth check-in and the complimentary fruit platter. Particularly Vivek and Jitu, were attentive and helpful.

The gym was smaller than expected, with a limited variety of equipment. The dining service was a bit slow during peak hours.

The rooms are neat and fashionable with extremely comfy beds and smoke detectors. Marvellous location close enough to shopping malls, the restaurant, and the center, it's central. Central Chennai district deserves your time and attention.

Had a solid time at Novotel! The breakfast spread was awesome, and the rooftop restaurant KooX is a must-visit for delicious food with a killer view. Just a heads up, the check-in took longer than expected and the plugs were limited.

Surprised in the best way!

Staying here was a good experience! The hospitality from the staff, notably Eswar. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. Breakfast was really good with a variety of options. The pool and fitness center added a luxurious touch that enhanced my experience.

The location was serene yet conveniently located near major attractions. The staff members were attentive, particularly those at the front desk. I enjoyed the good city view from my room.

Stayed at novotel for 3 nights and loved the breakfast! The food was delicious, and the staff was super friendly. I really appreciated that they allowed outside food. The location is great, being near many embassies.

The Superior Room with One King size bed was super comfy. The bed was amazing for a good night's sleep. Plus, the city view from the room was a nice touch. It felt relaxing, especially after a long day exploring. Just a heads up, the plugs were a bit limited, kinda annoying while trying to charge devices. But overall, the room was nice.

The location was ideal for business travel, situated conveniently near major roads and the metro. The hotel offered anice and neat room, which allowed me to work efficiently. Housekeeping was consistent, and I appreciated their attention to detail .

Novotel was fantastic ! I found it exceeded my expectations from previous visits in the city, especially with room cleanliness and the nearby eating places. The staff was attentive.
